Questions
Is the fare fixed for my Newcastle journey?
Yes. You see and approve the fare before you book, and it doesn't change with demand, traffic or time of night.
Do you use surge pricing?
Never. Fares are based on published council taxi tariffs, not on how busy it is.
Are your drivers licensed?
Every driver is licensed and approved by us before they can take a Newcastle booking.
Why do drivers prefer working with you?
We take 10% + £1 per booking, so drivers keep far more of each fare than on most ride apps.
